Major Frost Bomb/Ice Floes bug?

I don’t know if this is intentional, but the damage part, the “explosion” that goes off a few seconds later, actually consumes a stack of Ice Floes. This is kinda major, because if you have a stack of Ice Floes buff active and Frost Bomb explosion goes off, it stops ALL of your active casts or channaled abilities like Ray of Frost, even if you are standing still.

I had this with some damage that I couldn’t identify on Arcane. Whenever I pressed Shifting Power and moved with Ice Floes it “randomly” stopped casting it as if some tertiary damage consumed the stack.

Idk why it’s just not made to be consumed by only cast-time spells.

I’ve had this too but as far as I know it’s only with Arcane, when I use Shifting Power and Ice Floes as Fire or Frost it never cancels but for Arcane it’s a bit hit and miss.
