The linen blindfold option for male night elves has no textures in-game, in the character select screen, and in the barber shop. It’s just blank white.

Improperly fixed. There’s still a male NELF npc in the alliance housing zone and he has a white untextured box over his eyes, where the blindfold ought to be placed. I didn’t catch the name but there’s a cave to the south near the sea which has decor vendors. Cannot verify if this extends to similar NPCs because many of them are using armor transmog rather than base character customization feature.
On the other hand the male model at barbershop appears fine.

Actually I’m unsure if he is even has a blindfold. May just be a bug with his green fiery eyes.
