I’m assuming they right clicked me and reported guild name? Can you get banned for having a guild name like “Walmart” for example?

Yeah, if only things were that simple… Only one person who is offended can make a report and just to be safe, you will be flagged to rename. It’s completely up to whim of the person in charge.
Yes, it’s a trademark and they can’t be used for ingame names. You can use them but like this, people will report it.
