Mecha gnomes instead of sethrak as an allied race while horde goes with vulpera?

Shhhh. We are trying to hide the fact that we are still secretly trying to destroy the world.

Cant see sneks happening somehow. Seems like every other AR has a counterpart already in game (DI dwarf-dwarf, Z troll-troll, VE-NE, etc).
Mecha gnomes are obviously another gnome type and vulpera are hairy goblins.
Sethrak dont seem to fit with anything.

If you mean just by using model/skeleton, with addition of Nightborne and Zandalari both based on NE + Kul Tirans are based either on orc/pandaren, we can say that the premise that all the original races would have counterpart may not apply anymore. Besides Sethrak are based on Worgen skeleton.

It just seemed like that at the beginning, but they will use any model/skeleton which is fitting for future AR.

Like there’s no way that the Alliance are getting Sethrak like ever.

Not only does the whole Vol’dun zone revolve around Sethrak for Horde but also most of the world quests are given to you by Vorrik himself.
Horde is the one that cannonically rescued Sethraliss, helped Vorrik’s faction stop Korthek and the Horde are actually the one that has a reputation involving them.

So if any faction is ever gonna get Sethrak it’ll be Horde.
I don’t think this is gonna happen however and if we even get an allied race from Vol’dun it will only be Vulpera.

Nope, it revolves around the Vulpera and the Zandalari guards. The Sethrak and their screentime is relatively minor in comparison.

No they don’t. Go look at Voldunai rep’s description again. It does not include the Sethrak at all. It is for the Vulpera and Zandalari Exiles.

No, the exlies are mostly just side quests, other than a couple of npcs that lead you to the temple of Akunda.
Somewhere 30% in the zone the story starts being all about the Sethrak and it stays that way until the end.

No, it involves every race that is in Vol’dun, the world quests that Vorrik gives you count toward the Voldunai rep.

as I said in my previous post, Sethrakk for alliance would not fit in at all, Mecha gnomes could fit in, becuse they are technicaly gnomes, so they have to know about the normal gnomes in some way.

vulpera will most likely join horde, though from alliance side when you do some incursion in voldun, it seems the Vulpera doesnt realy aggree whit the horde when they get chased away eighter, they even say they did not sign up for this, though that can also be that they seek refuge whit the horde, becuse the alliance scare them away, but I think we wont know before next patch if even then, could be we do not get more allied races before next expac, if one is still comming.

Literally go and read the rep description. Getting quests from Vorrik is irrelevant; we get them exactly the same Alliance side, for 7th Legion. Voldunai rep does not include Sethrak at all.

Cough Highmountain Cough Nighborne. Alliance helped a ton and got nothing in return. Regardles of lore, Sethrak and Vulpera are much more unique than mechagnomes. It would be fair to give one to each faction. I play both factions so I will get both, but it will be unfair to those who don’t play Horde.

So are the Sethrak not scavengers?
Do they not use their knowledge to thrive in the sands?

I get that this could mainly mean the Vulpera, but I mean come on, Horde PC literally saves the Devoted Sethrak form getting annihilated by the Sethrak Empire led by Korthek.

You get Voldunai rep for all of these quests that you do.

How can the Voldunai rep not involve the Sethrak then?

No, they are not scavengers. They are civilised, have temples and sprawling underground cities. The Vulpera are the only race specifically referred to as scavengers.

Ok, this is stupid because I can say the exact same thing about 7th Legion now.
We get 7th Legion rep from all the Sethrak given WQs in Vol’dun, so how can the 7th Legion rep not involve the Sethrak?

No, because the Horde gets their world quests directly from Sethrak npcs.

Well the Sethrak we help basically only have 1 temple left so when we find them they are almost homeless.

Doesn’t matter, my main point was that the Sethrak are probably not gonna be an allied race, but if for some reason Blizzard decides that they should become one there’s a 99% chance for it to be a Horde one.

Exactly, WQs are not an indicator of allegiance in case of Sethrak.

Vorrik is speaking while we do WQs though.

Vorrik gives out several WQs in Vol’dun for the Alliance; all around the Temple of Sethraliss, and off the top of my head, it includes killing faithless, bombing faithless, and zapping faithless.

They still don’t fit the description. They’re not part of the rep, and aren’t currently part of any rep. That seems odd for a race in Vol’dun, almost as if they could be given a separate one of their own down the line.

I wasn’t aware of that but it doesn’t matter, the Horde zone quests for the Vol’dun story give the Voldunai rep themselves.

Well there’s a Sethrak npc that belongs to the Voldunai so, they are kind of a part of the rep.

As do the war campaign quests for them on the Alliance side. This isn’t a valid argument.

There isn’t, and if there is, name them.

I have to disagree, Sethrak accept help from a faction that is on Zandalar solely to fight against the Horde and its allies, so why would they help them then, if Sethrak were part of Voldunai?

Vethiss is the name.
