Melee mechanics on dungeons boss

Hey ! I would really like blizz to delete the mechanic on bosses that make them target the closest melee player. Or at least to make the range longer. I’m playing demon hunter, so my attack range is pretty short and if for a single second the tank takes a single step back, i get one shotted. This problem is really present on the last boss in Halls of Infusion and the first boss of Vortex Pinnacle. It gets really problematic because we are at a key level that makes every single death really punishing.
