why didnât you push past 2600 this season? because you had been facing rank 1s since 2100 mmr and you probably didnt feel like grinding another 300 games into multi rank 1 streamers. i am the same way, but i stop earlier. i dip in, get my set, then gtfo before i go bald from sweating against kasu at 1850 mmr.

Because all I wanted was Glad. When the difference between Glad and R1 is 600+ cr and you only play no voice lfg while studying for your Masters degree, you donât view World of Warcraft as worthy to prioritise over actual accomplishments.
And for the record, I like playing against R1s.

ok. i donât. i like omega chilling and clapping people my skill rating. i dont like being food for kasu or bicmex or joe while they do 8,000 arena games per season for stream content. i used to play at 2300+, i stop at 1800 now unless theres a cool enchant at 2100, because i cba for that noise. its why i want them to inflate the seasons again. its hard for multi rank 1s to chill at 2200 mmr when they win 8 games in a row and are suddenly at 2500 mmr. but in really deflated seasons i have queued back to back into ziqo and hydra 6x in a row at 1900 mmr on my silly billy alts. i dont play voice either, so getting sweated by people who have more rank 1s than years on the planet while they sit in voice and do youtuber commentary ainât exactly fun.

So streamers shouldnât be allowed to play with viewers, r1 players and higher expâd players than you shouldnât be able to play with friends/partner who are much lower skill level, all because you donât want to face a better player at lower rating?
Maybe youâre better off just queueing solo shuffle on the last day of the season when everybody is where they want to be for the season, since you know, Rival is a 1 day grind
