For a long, very long time only alliance recruiter was available (AFAIK).
Now horde appears too, so only alliance can go play for the horde, but queue time is still longer for the horde! 9 minutes vs 2. Why Blizzard do it?

It’s weird. I couldn’t queue merc in Vald, or Dala, but could in Zuld.

So you can queue merc and get short timers. I did.

I just saw quite some horde in my team (horde), so I believe you could?
