Missing Juvenile Harvester points

Hi,
I was feeeding my Juvenile Harvester for to get Honeyback Harvester mount. I bought 16 Royal Jelly and fed the bee. My friendship point was 6419. And after server crashed and disconnected. My all last points are gone. And now my Juvenile Harvester Point is (5177/7000)
And also i was streaming on Twitch and i have before and after screenshots.
