Heya, im quite curious if I missed something because I don’t have a portal to Boralus in Silithus. Do I have to unlock it somehow? I have lvl 50 and now started cloak questline. where is the problem?
It is odd that you have the neck but no portal. When you got your neck did you meet Magni in Silithus?
Did you faction change per chance?
Yeah i completed Magnis questline and no i didnt changed faction
