MM mastery stacking

Has anyone plateaued on range for stacking mastery yet?

I got a lot of echoes and mastery gear. Come 31st when the right corruption is in planning on getting as many masterful III as I can, but if range hard caps I might just leave it.
Just purley going for a bg, open world pvp build and hoping to get like 60yd range baseline
