We just started a Molten Core PUG on Mograine-EU / Horde. The first person to enter seems to have had a cleared ID and now everyone is locked out of killing bosses for the first week. We would like for someone to clear the IDs of the people who have not killed any bosses yet.

In any case, I don’t think that forum staff can clear instance ID’s as they are not actually GM’s.
You would need to take out a ticket, and speak to a GM about your options, but I rather suspect the answer will be “no, sorry”.
Blizzard will not do this and never have. Did anyone think to ask if someone had already done it?

Sorry to hear about this, it’s certainly unfortunate to join a raid that has had some (or all) bosses cleared already when you wanted to do a fresh raid. Unfortunately that is how the raid system works, if you join a raid that is already saved.
Support will not be able to clear the raid saves.
