The honor from the week before last week is probably lost. Dont get you hope up. This week mondays honor was calculated fine for me.
I said this to the gm who answered my ticket ingame. And I am pretty sure they are doing damage control and stretching it out as I cant see from an IT pov how they ever gonna fix this 2 weeks later. Let’s be real they will not.
It depends on how their database is set up, but it could be done. With alot of effort ofc. So i dont think the have the resources to do it.

Rankloss, bracketloss, timeloss, this is pathetic. My company would be bankrupt if I would handle my customers this way. Inform your clients at least on your failure, honesty will get you much further than this totally ridiculous stance you are taking with this.
Who’s says it won’t happen again? Who says honor farming isn’t just a gamble? Like the rest of your game. Cause if I keep losing honor from the rare days I can actually put time into my char, what is the damn point. 15 years I stuck with your crap. I am getting tired of what this company has become.
For all that you could have done right with this, you forced paid character transfers up in the game asap, to get the cashcow to work on the servers you turned into a hellhole in the first place with the totally ridiculous server opening at the start. What the hell have you become?
