Can someone explain why the Bonedust is doing 13k off the 13k RSK? Is there a conduit or multiplier or w/e that makes it do more than the 35% its supposed to do?

BM isnt unkillable with their leggo, thats just a narrative passed on by certain forumers either for
a) trying to mask their own class stupididy brokeness
or
b) being unable to press the right buttons at the right time.
Or they are affliction warlocks, in which case the critique is justified.
