If you are queued into double melee teams you basically cannot cast ever, you’re simply not allowed to play the game because of blizzards terrible tragic design where there is no effort or thought at all going into class balance, interrupt creep, micro cc creep, and how easy it has gotten for melee in recent years with their unlimited mobility. Is blizzard ever going to wake up and stop trolling people?
