Mousover Stutter Lag

Since 9.1 Launch, My game stutters/lags everytime i mouse over any target be it a NPC or player.

i did a reinstill, Updated drivers,played without addons everything. Nothing seems to work. Only problem i can see is it only stutters/lags on characters i have that have Mouseover macros on their bars, it doesnt lag when u use them actively but just having them on your bar and mousing over targets makes it lag/stutter

mouseover macros i use are like this

Sounds like it’s checking for the mouseover all the time rather than when you press the macro.

I just fixed this by disabling raider io

Switch to DX11, should fix it, the competent people quit Blizzard a little while ago.
