In vanilla my older brother made and account when I was only a little kid. He played to Mists of pandaria and then quitted. Today he is ready to logg on again but he has no idea what his password was or his account name or anything… He remembers what server he played on and the name of his main character but doesnt know what to do from there. Any suggestions?
Your brother’ll need to contact Support, if he has CD keys or payment info it can track it back to the account and at the same time he’ll also need a copy of his ID to prove that he’s the account owner as well.
