Yeah I know, but that’s not the same functionality. The Loot-A-Rang item requires you to press the item to then loot the corpse. So it basically just allows you to loot things at a distance without being close. But it’s still you who’s looting.

That’s a quality of life in itself, for sure, but what I was getting at was something identical to Diablo III where your little Battle Pet basically just runs around and automatically auto-loots everything you kill with no action required by you. It just vacuums everything and puts it in your bags so you can focus 100% on killing things.
It’s pretty standard fare in ARPGs
which WoW practically is these days.

To me it seems like a no-brainer, because it’s something other games have and it’s pretty well-liked, and it would be an easy premium quality-of-life for WoW to have as well.
And it’s not difficult to implement.

Ok they’re finally going to find a way to block all access to the game when people use VPNs. This then stops the spread of scammers/bots!

Just use the loot-a-rang. You have to click it but at least you don’t have to walk to the corpse xD

I already addressed the loot-a-rang in my other post. And I wasn’t asking for a solution. I was giving a “prediction” on what Blizzard could put on their store that people would pay money for, and I suggested auto-looting through pets, akin to Diablo III, which is NOT like the loot-a-rang.

They don’t even need to add anything special! The accompanying whines on the forum is already worth the $$$ money. That bleating :goat: regarding the AH mount was so hilarious to read. Even for people who don’t buy it, its free forum entertainment!

True when the auction house mount was officially announced I think many of us facepalmed and then the people who purchased it and then wanted to show it off to people ingame like “hey look at the mount I just purchased!”, got royally ripped into by so many people and then the white knights came to their rescue, which made the general chat even more spicy and entertaining xD
