I have a weird problem with my nameplates today, it seems as if there are two different addons there. I have usually Kui Nameplates and it works good, but for some reason the friendly nameplates turn on in combat and are big and obnoxious and totally different than the Kui ones (see the screenshot in the link).

I checked a bunch of things, but nothing changed from yesterday to today.
Just disable friendly nameplates in blizz options then?
Third party addons cannot alter player nameplates in instances (since Legion). So what you’re seeing there is default friendly nameplates with the Use Larger Nameplates flag set, probably.
These flags can get messed up if you have an addon altering nameplate settings and you dc or crash.
