Nazjatar quests

I am able to go to Nazjatar, but there are no quest availble for me?

It is ashame that nowhere in the Battle of Azeroth guide it tells you that you need to see The Mother in Silithus. If a friend had not helped me with this I still would have been at a loss. I am able to quest now in Nazjatar, but the quest Uniting Kul Tiras has not shown up for me, nor the quest The Wolf’s Offensive.
It also does not tell you that you need the Heart of Azeroth questline to continue past the three footholds. And eventhough I have the Heart of Azeroth Achievement, also thanks to some very friendly who has spend the whole evening with me figuring things out.

I don’t mind doing the work and effort, but the guide is so overwhelming and unclear that it takes the fun out of things.

I know loads of others had that problem too they need to take out the relic and silithus part of it once you have done it, would make it so much easier
