Duplicate loot from Bonus Rolls using Nebulous Voidcores.

I have run Maisara Caverns (over +10 Key) 6 times since the launch of Patch 12.0.5, using Bonus Loot Rolls for the Liferipper Cutlass (BiS weapon) to drop.

Despite the patch notes saying that no duplicate items would drop, I have received the Cloak twice and no Weapon.

As it stands, this has been a very negative player experience as my time has been wasted. Furthermore, the response from the customer service team was completely disatisfactory and borderline insulting - they clearly did not read my initial message.

A proposed solution; I am awarded the Mythic Item-track level of the Liferipper Cutlass from Maisara caverns, as if I had used my 6 of 6 Bonus Loot Rolls on it. This would ensure that I am not awarded an additional currency or loot (and thereby give me an advantage over other players), and would be compliant with the 12.0.5 Patch notes.

Did you receive the first before the patch was applied?

The patch to fix the dupes wasn’t retrospective so it’s still possible to dupe items from any items you got prior to the hotfix.

To offset this players who used rolls prior to the hotfix received additonal bonus rolls to use as they see fit.
