Necromancer class after bfa

Necrmancers have been in the ln the lore for a long-long time , and i would really like to seem them added.

The first spec would shoot necrotic bolts and other kinds of shadow damage , but I’m not really sure about other abilities. Maybe they could summon a banshee that also shoots necrotic bolts, or uses arcane magic, or maybe screams at the enemy.

The second spec would be built around summoning undead and stacking plague on the enemies. This spec would have a huge army of undead and the undead would cause a lot of damage like hunter pets . One of their passives could be this: if they kill an enemy , they ressurect the corpse to serve them for a few seconds (theese zombies would be weak).

The third spec could be a life stealer one, sucking the blood out of enemies and healing themselves (or even allies). They could summon 1-2 undead ( i think an undead bloodfeaster bug would be perfect here.)

It wouldn’t be available for Draenei, Lf. Draenei ,Tauren , Hm. Tauren and maybe for Trolls and Z. Trolls because… its bad mojo to play with da ded.

Everyone wants new classes and this particular one, Necromancer, pops up every week. Just like the tinker class.

I’d like something 100% original, swashbuckler, or a full on clothie only DPS class.

We’ll see.

DK and locks are both necromancers, one raises demons and other raises undead.

Legion outlaw was supposed to be just that, honestly.

Unholy DK is the closest we have to a necromancer.
Demonology warlock is more of a Summoner than a Necromancer. Both a different.

Ultimaltely, a Necromancer would be something like a cloth Unholy DK mixed with Affliction Warlock.

Ye, and Warlocks had all abilities that Demon hunters had. But they lost all their cool abillities because people wanted Demon hunters.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the same would happen for Necromancers.

Death knights are melee , but if they had a lot of shared abilities, yes it would suck, but i think blizzard could create new abilities for them.

I like the idea of Necromancer … but this gonna fit only the Forsaken.

I would enjoy something new like Runekeeper or Warden …

We had DK, then DH, time for a ranged or caster to be the favourite for a while. instead of yet another melee.

We are overdue a ranged class for DPS, it should probably be a healer as well.

If they add another class i hope its not another melee class.

Three new classes they have released after Vanilla/TBC - All melee.

Next class needs to be a mail user. Fewest classes use mail.

A few years ago I wrote a rule extension book for a RPG. Amongst the professions introduced there was the Dragon Wizard. Basically an elementalist who derived powers from Dragon affinity. Something NEW. Anything, really. But new.

Every one wants a new class I personally would LOVE a new caster and necromancer could be one. The only way I can see it honestly working is if Bolvar starts to stir and creates a 4th gen (I think it’s 4th now) death knight being the necromancer casting class not only would this make sense with story it would also open the door for allied races to become death Knights/necros.

However ion has recently said in an interview with (pc gamer I think) they have no plans for another class as managing the current 36 specs is hard enough. Which is true but also a bit sad necro’s could introduce a tank caster to us a new healing class and a dps class that specialises in buffing its army of skeletal minions.

But its up to good old blizz to make it happen with the next xpac go towards the death, void rebirth cycle it would be a good class to introduce and it could actually be FINALLLLYYYY a new mail wearer.
