Need a help with support ticket

Dears,

I’ve been trying to contact the customer support, but due to the Covid-19 situation I will probably get a response in 24 hours, I’m opening this to hopefully get a quicker response.

I would appreciate if some GM can help me with Ticket #EU73025012 as It’s a bit urgent for me.

I would be very thankful for this.

The forum moderation team is not able to assist with Customer Support tickets, nor the forums be used to bypass the ticket queues.

All tickets are answered, and as long as you leave the ticket open you will receive a response once a Game Master reaches it.

I thought that GMs are also the ones on the forums, that’s why I opened the thread.

Do you know how can I escalate the priority of a ticket or contact the support directly ? the Live-Chat option is disabled.

There are no GM’s on the forums, the Blues are either External Communications Specialists, or Community Managers.

GM’s are probably so busy dealing with tickets, that they’d have no time to browse and respond on the forums, even if they wanted to.

You can’t, if a player could do it then every ticket would be a priority. Also, if posting here got your ticket answered quicker then there would be hundreds of posts by people trying to get their ticket answered quicker.

As long as you put no personal information, someone here on the forum might be able to help.
