Tell me, on that quote, where I’ve said the talent is useless. I’m pretty curious. Because if you can read properly, you’ll understand that I’m saying the duration is pretty low, therefore it having a very small success window, and that on the PTR it used to be 0.5, and in the past it was 4 sec (which is understandable no longer being that long, considering the lower Fade CD as someone pointed out, but I do think it should be 2 sec)
There are a couple of instances where you wouldn’t want to use it mindlessly on CD
In extremely obvious instances where you’re going to be CC’d, giving you the choice to either death certain CC or Fade it
