Raid Environment:
Our priority is progression while maintaining an enjoyable and lighthearted raid environment that results in people wanting to stay with the guild. We expect each player to take the raid seriously whether it’s farm or progress while having a relaxed attitude, being able to take a joke, and not letting criticism get to them. We are a team, and you shouldn’t be afraid of criticizing someone, while also not being afraid to take it. We expect players to always prioritize killing a boss over an individual ranking, without being reminded to do so.
Recruitment
We are looking for the following classes. Interested players should be well versed in their class/spec, around 210+ ilvl, Along with this, we are looking for players with at least 10/10n exp with higher exp being even better. Exceptional players will be looked at even if they do not have this much exp in the current raid.
