So I wanted to test if new RMT items are P2W by giving housing exp or not and how do they compare to RMT buying gold to pump house lvl. However upon buying 100 hearthsteel and using it to buy lion plushie on official shop site, I didn’t got the item in game decor collection
. In-game game shop shows that not only do I require Midnight (that I do have) but I also got 0 plushie lions in my collection. Anyone had this problem?
Do I supposed to wait for the 3rd of March and Midnight launch? If true this should had been mentioned in shop page conditions.
Update. Item was added to the collection 2 hours later, so I took second separate item, wolf plushie, from in-game shop, however the collection didn’t registered the purchased item yet.
Last night I purchased 500 of the new currency and then used it to buy the Plushie (8) bundle pack when it was first available (The housing store tab was later removed then re-stored).
It took multiple attempt’s to purchase the Plushie bundle due to server issues but then it removed the 500 currency from the tab. It had no heads up notification about Plushies being received and it wasn’t until I checked my ‘Decore Storage’ that I saw the 8 Plushies sitting in there.
Mine have all been placed in their homes now and due to there nature they do not count towards housing XP.
Just clocked your ‘Update’ and I’m glad it was just a delay in the end
I bought the plushies last night. Got the currency then made a purchase, it said transaction failed but it had taken the currency from my hearthsteel balance, so I checked my housing collection and there they were.
I noticed the ‘housing’ part of the store vanished after that but it seems back today. Maybe it had some teething troubles.
i was going to buy them, but having to buy currency to buy them with first and then buy them stopped me. i have to say the extra step is great to prevent impulse buys!
Disclaimer I might pick them up at some point in the future. I demolished my interior yesterday and am slowly redesigning everything, so have no need of plushies until the structural bits are done.
