At New Paradigm, we blend the thrill of raiding with the joy of socializing, crafting a unique space where fans of both aspects can discover their perfect gaming community. Formerly known as At Work, our guild was established during the late stages of BfA with the vision of creating a true home for players in Azeroth and beyond.
Our Raiding teams are divided into two distinct groups, each with their own goals. The Progression team focuses on Heroic content and getting Curve asap, while the Social team values the joy of shared experiences and is a much more laid-back environment. Although there may be some overlap from Progression to Social, the reverse is less common due to differing objectives. Regardless of your raiding experience, we welcome everyone to join our ranks. Even if you’re new to raiding, we believe in cultivating an environment that encourages growth and provides opportunities for players ready to take their skills to the next level.
Join us on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 20:00 to 23:00 server time to embark on exciting raiding adventures with our Progression team. And don’t miss our Social raid every Sunday at the same time slot, designed for those seeking a more relaxed and enjoyable experience.
Beyond raiding, we actively seek out Mythic+ enthusiasts to form dynamic groups. Our guild already has a vibrant community of players eager for more M+ action, so the more, the merrier! This aspect of New Paradigm perfectly complements our social atmosphere. We’re not solely focused on pushing boundaries and achieving greatness; we have a host of friendly individuals who relish the game’s more leisurely facets and simply wish to have a great time hanging out with friends.
