Get rid of crit on gear. Change it to CC duration reduction OR chance to resist CC.

e.g. 12.4% chance to resist CC

OR

12.4% CC duration reduction

Also buff precognition to 5 sec and give it an internal cd of 10 sec

Also, get rid of evokers and dks.
