Your best bet is to look for videos for your spec of someone doing the run, hopefully with the author explaining it.
I was wondering about the change so I think we deserve to loot 2 corrupted items 470 per run. Reasonable, it is not easy to get right corrupted item you need. it is EXTREMTLY RNG. More chance to get corrupted item you want, because you cant use all corrupted items due to too high corruption.
If you dont agree this so what about to do 5 masks twice per week so you get 2 corrupted items instead of 4?

5 masks can be done by any spec or class, some have it easier than others but in the end it boils down to skills.
