yeah just because a certain customization is possible doesn’t mean it’s regarded canon
the darkfallen skin (pale/red eyes) is a dark ranger customization thing like how blue eyes/non purple skin/nonpurple hair for void elf is actually a high elf customization.
You will not find a darkfallen paladin anywhere in the actual lore, that’s just players going for the rule of cool
Sunwalkers are also pretty dope lorewise and imo the arguement ‘it’s already broken lets burn the remains’ is never a good one
