I never played Dragonflight when it was current content and now during Midnight am playing through the story to unlock stuff etc. I finished the main quests, getting the Loremaster of the Dragon Isles achievement, but noticed that World Quests never popped up for me. I continued further, thinking maybe it was different during that expansion but now I am at a point where I should be going to the Zaralek Cavern, which if I am correct is already patch content, and there is no quest or other option to enable World Quests for me. I looked online, but from what I found, they should have been available after finishing the Thaldrazsus storyline. I am at a loss and found no answer anywhere. Does anybody know what’s up with that or any advice on how to get them up? Thanks!
I agree that WQ in the mainland Dragonflight should be available as soon as you complete Don’t Ask Me To Spell It. But I see two comments on Wowhead from people saying it didn’t unlock for thm until they completed the whole Dragonflight Campaign:

Other thoughts:
Did you do the whole thing on that character? I see quite a few incomplete quests here: https://www.wowhead.com/quest-completion-tracker#eu-drakthul-tharifäs
Just in case … you DO have World Quest display enabled on your map, I presume? You likely do, or you wouldn’t be seeing them in other expansions, but never hurts to check.

Let me start with your last two points, I did complete all of that (the quests relevant and some that are not even relevant to the Loremaster of the Dragon Isles) on this character. Going through the quests, I am not sure why there are so many available ones (there are some renown ones I guess I haven’t unlocked yet), but when I fly through the areas I do not see them (and I do have it turned on to see old quests).
I do have World Quests enabled in general, I see them in every other expansion that had World Quests, plus I even see some of the world boss WQs in Dragonflight (one in Zaralek Cavern and one in the Emerald Dream), but those are the only ones that I can see.
So I assume my issue is the same that those guys mentioned. Thanks for pointing that out. I will try and play through the rest of the content and hope it pops up for me as it did for them. Thanks again!
