Same issue as this thread "Now or Never" quest bugged
Tried relogging.
Tried abandoning quest. When I do this, Nalthor reappears.
Tried running away to phase that location out, and there are no enemies anywhere…
After I pick this quest up and talk to the NPC, all enemies disappear.
Anyone knows of a solution?
