Numi will not give follow-up quest Bookin' it back

I’m doing the questchain for the Shockwave rune on WoW SoD.

However I just completed the quest Poachers Den, which should result in the follow-up quest Bookin’ it back.

However Numi will not give me the follow up quest Bookin’ it back, so now I cannot get my Shockwave rune.

Please help!

Can confirm on Living Flame EU.
Also did the [Poacher’s Den] yesterday and have received the book required for the follow-up, but Numi doesnt offer anything except a dialog option letting me request more stam buff alcohol.

I tried everything in customer support but will not get any help … I even opened a ticket and it gave me a link to something what should work and got linked to a Call of Duty post. WTF?

Same issue here on EU, she gives me the book, but not the follow up quest
