Ny'alotha legacy raiding

I got a shadow priest to level 70 and I want to get him the Ny’alotha cloth set. After reading through a few forum posts, I found I basically have to do the expansion again: unlock Nazjatar, the essence system and do the Black Empire campaign. You also need a ,Friendly" standing with several BfA factions.

Now, I don’t feel like going through irrelevant content to get a transmog, and if your character is not a wearer of a specific piece of gear, its appearance doesn’t unlock for your alts and you can’t mail yourself raid gear.

Do I really have to go through BfA again?

It’s enough to get the legendary cloak. You will need that one for sure. Finish that questline and you should be good.

Did they finally come around and nerf the place somewhat? Tried on a decently geared out evoker and uhm… well. I’ve had swifter transmog runs.
