I like both, but prefer the second more for discussion and getting to know the guest myself. I suppose it depends on if you’d prefer a structured dialogue (1) vs. something more social and potentially personable (2), but less structured and more prone to hitches.
I’ve missed the last few RP Talks, but if the chat is VERY active, second could work just as well if not better!
