So its an error inside and error inside and error.
I try create a ticket, and when i press “continue” after typed the description of the error, i just get into an ever going loop. Used more than 1 hour now on creating on small ticket.
i suspect they dont want any tickets, so they make it as hard as possible to create one.
I cant make a ticket of not being able to make a ticket, since i cant create a ticket in the first place.

I just tried a WoW In-Game Issue category and the initial entry form for a description worked fine and allowed me to Continue to the next step. You can try to go with “I would rather categorize the issue” and see if that works better for you, but if that doesn’t work for you either or doesn’t suit you, I’d recommend trying another browser or clearing the cache and cookies of your current one. You may even need to try another device, like a phone or tablet, and if possible swap to using data instead of your local wifi.
