OVER 7 days ticket wait time? hire more people pls,all this problems on forums its not like players here dont pay for sub or buy expansions ,just keep ignoring players just like im getting ignored 5 days now still no result from my tickets
It’s near the start of an expansion when there are always long ticket queues, often longer than that. There’s no point in employing more people, taking the time to train them and then their not being needed a few weeks later.
Be patient, don’t close and reopen the ticket as that puts you to the back of the queue and someone will contact you when you reach the top.
