Why do i keep getting this message?

it was a browser issue for me.
try do it on another “fresh” browser with no extensions installed.
or deactivate all the extensions on your current browser.

Most of the examples of this error that we have seen, have been due to browser issues. Any of the steps below should help with resolving the error for you:

  • Log out of your account on your current browser, log in again and re-attempt
  • Clearing the cache and cookies of your browser
  • Temporarily disabling any extensions (ad block as an example) and trying again
  • Use a completely different browser (If you mainly use Chrome, try with Edge/Firefox etc)
