I want to play warlock but don’t want resign myself to wearing a dress, is there are resource out on the web somewhere that can specifly filter and list transmogs that are pants and not skirts/robes/dresses.

I don’t think you need anything like that. Find yourself a tailor, get them to make you a nice pair of cheap trousers, a simple shirt and you’re sorted.
Although, I’m sure you’d look very pretty and sweet in your dress. 
If stuck for a clue, look up Xnedra on Azjol-Nerub. Human Mage who doesn’t wear robes.
