Why the heck is supercharge bound to Adrenaline Rush?
Sub Rogues have it on Shadow Dance, which they can use every 20 sec baseline and Assa Rogues have it on Kingsbane.
I remember that they had it on RtB once, which was fine, we had it up often at least…
KB and AR are functionally on the same cooldown due to Restless Blades, i.e. circa one minute. Sub simply lacks the abilities to tie Supercharger to, because the only rotational CDs left for Sub are either 20s or 90s.
AR is not a real one minute cd because if you use it and you don’t find a new enemy instantly (which happens a lot as a rogue in pvp) you won’t have it available and you lose the ability to use the supercharged talent.
As the op says, it should be linked to RtB.
The design is made for PvE, where with consistent uptime AR does come out to about 60-80 seconds CD depending on your RtB results.
If it was linked to RtB, then there would be additional RtB reroll considerations which Blizz clearly wanted to avoid - right now it’s very simple, only reroll ASAP at 1 outside of Loaded Dice.
