If put a Seal of the Crusader on monster and use Seal of Rightneousness (rank 4) like a buff, that skill do less dmg than rank 3.

Seal of Rightneousness Rank 4 dmg with Seal of the Crusader - 16-17
Seal of Rightneousness Rank 3 dmg with Seal of the Crusader - 19-20

Seal of Rightneousness Rank 4 dmg without Seal of the Crusader - 11-12
Seal of Rightneousness Rank 3 dmg without Seal of the Crusader - 9-10

Please fix it.

Iirc Rank 3 of SoR has better scaling than Rank 4 in terms of +spell damage.

It’s not a bug - rank 3 is the best scaling SoR. With 200 spell power and more it becomes obvious because rank 3 does even more dmg than max rank.
It’s pretty cool because rank3 costs a lot less mana.
