Path of Exile 2 will change gaming

Warcraft, diablo, take note, the bar is about to be raised on December 6th and it won’t be coming back down.

Blizzard take note, if you don’t fix your games, if you don’t stop meddling and changing classes every two seconds, you will be done. I’ve played wow for 20 years as my main game, after December 6th that won’t be the case anymore, and while i want to finish the wow story up to the last titan, i won’t be playing diablo again (season 6 was boring as hell).

In POE2 People will be able to play how they want and try out strange new builds that the devs have no idea about… can’t wait.

So much Copium, you will be back

they always do <3

even asmon admitted that WoW has the best gameplay and nothing can compete it. people will find new games and play it for a month or so and then come back.

Back where? I said I will play till the last titian (it won’t be my main game anymore) and I’m never going back to diablo? can’t you read?

Competition is healthy. However, PoE2 is top down game and not WoW like.

Isn’t PoE a completely different genre? PoE is a Diablo-like ARPG, WoW is an EQ like MMO. It’s a bit like saying “now that there’s a new season in Candy Crush, I won’t be playing Call of Duty anymore”. Also, PoE traditionally had unlimited build variety in theory, but in practice only very few actually worked. And to get to those few you needed to have a PhD in theoretical physics or mathematics to figure those out. Or just do what everyone else did and just copy one off the internet. On the other hand, WoW is an extremely casual game, where even a bad build you cobbled together randomly will not bar you from participating in 90% of the game’s content.
I don’t think PoE2’s release will have any impact on WoW. Just like Candy Crush has no impact on Call of Duty.

You said you will leave after the Last TitIan, and you will come back. Even after that whole frustrated post garbage post you made. Maybe just take a break from it or get some sleep, you might feel better

No I didn’t… I said I would play till the last titian and I’m done with diablo, no one knows what comes after that. learn to read.

Oh no!

Anyway.

Wow and poe2 have nothing to do with each other.

its not about impact on the number of players its the choice they offer in the game, this will affect wow and diablo’s creation.

Learn to read it will help…

Which literally is an “impact”. And it will have none on WoW. WoW’s player base is not comfortable with having too much choice, especially if the choice later turns out to be just an illusion. People have already been complaining about the new talent system due to this. Blizzard will not convolute their systems more if something simple like the new talents have already been quite controversial.

Sounds like a lot of fun for people who love to try out different/unusual builds and spend time tweaking and tuning to get the optimum performance for them. However, you also get a lot of people who don’t really care, they prefer to have a standard cookie cutter build so that they can start the game and just ‘pew pew’ kill stuff. Both modes of play are acceptable, it’s always down to player preference on how they choose to play.

Blizzard have been doing this for years and yet dedicated players who love the game remain. Again it comes down to if you really love a game so much that you can overlook some of the issues/problems, those that don’t either leave for good, or take long breaks.

This is the truth, people play games that they find enjoyable for whatever reason, it could be the combat mechanics, the world itself etc, a top down is not for everyone.

I hope though that you enjoy POE2 and it lives up to all your expectations, after all that’s why we play games, to have fun :slightly_smiling_face:

Learn to formulate normal sentences and explain your reasoning, instead of just rambling about being done with the game. No one cares if you are done with the game.

Why are you done with the game, what could be done better, instead of pointing at POE2, which is a different game than WoW. You currently just sound frustrated, but is it really necessary to just show that on the forums

Your subjective liking of PoE2 does not mean that it’s fact.
My opinion: I don’t like PoE2. It’s an archaic game with horrible camera and controls.
The graphics are dull and generic.

But hey, each to their own.
Have fun. I won’t be playing it.
But it will definitely not change gaming.
