This is an impossible question to answer without knowing the specs of the machine. The processor on it’s own is not enough to give you the information you are asking for.
However, the processor you have only has 2 cores and the minimum specs for Dragonflight are a 4 core processor.
To close the loop on this: the requirements for Dragonflight indeed specify a quad-core (or better) CPU, so while the game might still launch on a dual-core CPU - chances are it won’t ever be stable, and performance is likely going to be very limited (at best).
