Twinking is pretty much dead. Also, is it the level 35 version or is it, as I suspect, a level 60 version that’s dropped for you? If it’s the L60 that only leaves transmog as an option, and it’s ugly as sin and looks far too similar to many other lowbie axes.

When you go to wowhead and try search for

Spaulders of a Lost Age

you will see This item’s source is no longer available/removed.

But some people drop this item after 7.3.5
