So since 2 days ago i keep getting disconnects and error WOW51900319, i tried to fix with everything from blizz site (except reinstalling the game) , most of the disconnects are when i engage with mobs at the start of the dungeon or when i use hs/mage portal. I also did a test on battlenet looking glass but i don’t know for what to look for.Also called the internet provider and they say’d that it looks good for them. run out of ideas on what to do.I HAVE 4 FRIENDS IN THE CITY THAT HAS THE SAME PROBLEM , we are all from rcs/rds internet company , we called them and they said that evertyhing is ok at them…

Im from the same city as Bosque and i have the same problem , i ve contacted today the internet provider DIGI RDS_RTS and they checked the internet is working fine , i ve restarted the router the pc but it doesn’t work , PLS FIX THIS , because the internet is working

There are no issues with the servers and given that you are both experiencing this in the same city this is likely an ISP peering/routing issue. We would suggest testing another DNS such as [Google DNS] as this may help. If you are seeing issues, you should reach out to your local ISP as this is very likely where your issue lies based on the information you have provided.
