Much like the newly existing Personal Tabard, I wish they’d do the same for the Guild Shirt.
Maybe it’s something we’ll see in the future, who knows? My paws are crossed!

Use your customisable personal tabard and call that your guild tabard; no one will ever know the difference.
But they want a shirt, not a tabard.
Fine, you can have the devs work on a long sleeved tabard, but it’ll cost you a raid tier and mage tower two.
You could make your own guild & then customize the guild shirt.
The logo on the front will also be on the back so you’re gonna have to figure out how to hide that if it bothers you.
Personally I use 1 of the iskaar backpscks to hide mine.

Well, for whatever its worth I think this what you got going here already looks good. If you manage get more customization to game the better aswell 
It’s for an alt! I was in a Guild but I left it due to personal reasons, so now her drip is completely ruined!

I made this, it’s for cloth but it can have parts swapped out for other armor types
