I have very similar conversations with my youngest.
Dentist visited, one more appointment to do. Tooth is apparently incredibly awkward, but dentist is feeling more positive about it after this session, even after having to effectively do a root canal backwards (cap then drill-fill, not fill then cap)
I am all le druggy, again 
having to wait a bit before doing more painting ahah.
Still trying to get my brain around getting a passable laptop that can play Chaos Gate Demonhunters, Hades, Xcom2 etc for when Im away on work. Hurts muh brain ahah
