Pet peeves: The return (Part 4)

I should get back to trying to learn it a little on my own u_u

English vowels are not your friend when you try to learn any other language. But tbh just laugh at them butchering English too. Rude to laugh at people trying.

My favourite thing is that my oldest will speak in a mixture of Italian and English in the same sentence that me and my wife can understand, but my in laws don’t because they only understand one of the two languages. It’s like a secret code.

She’s the perfect spy

The younger sister of my best friend from primary school pretended to only speak Italian and no ā€œugly Germanā€. Right until she really wanted me to do something for her and ran into me pretending to not understand her. Then suddenly this little 6 year old busted out extremely accent free German. (Which was odd because she never spoke it much before unless her mother forced her and everything but her mum had a very strong Italian accent…)

Kids are genius’

Bro and mum got in touch with a nurse, dad is doing fine!!
So we know who is being a massive [REDACTED] and we’ll make her -literally- pay in due time over this :poop:

Get they :peach:

The rest of what I want to put isn’t publically allowable :innocent:

Oh trust me the things I’ve said the past week have been in the same vein of when my former upstairs assaulted my mum.
Aka ā€œShhh Dru go into your room before you get in trouble with the copsā€

I am tired and very angry at this point…

Gnome: Pull the lever, Akamito!

Also gnome: WRONG LEVERRRRRrrrrrrr…!!

Honestly that cutscene absolutely sent me.

Much in the same way it sent that gnome off into the horizon :skull:

I am refusing to reload any of my choices/failures though so RIP I guess.

I’ve reloaded twice outside of a party wipe. Once was when the game rolled a critical miss for the sixth time in about 15 minutes and I could not be bothered to teleport to a settlement to buy another set of thieves tools.

The other was when two of my companions, after we narrowly but heroically defeated an encounter against all odds, decided to jump off a rooftop and break their spines, while also being inside of a whirlwind of blades that promptly executed them both despite me telling them to use the ladder they were standing next to.

On that note, it is both funny and frustrating the amount of times I’ll be casually strolling down a road and suddenly hear loud grunts behind me as my party wanders into thorns, fires or slipping down crevices, once into an actual ravine that killed them.

hey akamito did you know the gnome you sent was going to be a very big mega super duper important NPC later on?

Save scum everything.
EVERYTHING.

Whats wrong with your party? Despite having 8 people, they still manage to jump over fires and avoid most things.

Same with any Total War game. It must autosave after every damn turn to keep me safe.
