Players who have warmode active cannot be healed in Old Hilsbrad Foothills dungeon

There is an issue with players who joined “Old Hilsbrad Foothills” dungeon with an active warmode, they cannot be healed because of their pvp flag enabled. Old Hilsbrad Foothills is an open world dungeon. This issue doesn’t exist in Black Moras dungeon.

Can you look into it? It’s an old bug that hasn’t been dealt with. Thanks.
