It sucks not being able to use sick transmogs because your bloodelf ears or eyebrows poke out of the helmet. Should be an option either at barber or on transmog.
The technology exists for some helmets, but not most.

Z Troll tusks have been irritating me as of late. I always dealt with Belf ears and eye brows but for some reason seeing a beautiful helm ruined by two tusks stabbing through is really grinding me.
My Vulpera ears don’t exist. Don’t be mad.
That helm is my go to on my Z Troll DK too specifically to hide my tusks. 
Wish they all used the same anti-clipping logic.
blood elfs don’t look good in anything anyway
Put either circlet, bandana or a crown on the elves/trolls/Tauren/Worgen and you’re set.
Btw shop transmog have holes in helmet for eyers so they just dont stick out directly from helmet. Says lot where effort is putted.
The Vulpera heritage armor has ear holes too.
Blizzard just need to get someone to go through the huge list of helmets/head slot items and add holes for each race that has big ears, horns or tusks.
