Pls can fix the quest for Servant of N'Zoth?

Hi guys, are like 6 months that in trying ti get this toy because is avaiable but i think is bugged already. I try with all of my char, in diffent way, but the quest don’t pop ever. Some of you have some problem ? Hope that they fix soon
